Community Engagement
Community engagement is a non-center based program that is dedicated to providing skill-building, education, support, increased social interactions and monitoring services to adult individuals with intellectual and behavioral disabilities. We focus on enhancing social behavior, interpersonal competence, independence, employability, and personal choices through personalized support plans and strong community collaboration. We offer both full-time and part-time programs.

At Hampton Roads Day Support and Life Skills Center, we aim to empower individuals with intellectual and behavioral disorders by providing a nurturing environment coupled with quality life skills training and support. We strive to enhance their social behavior, interpersonal skills, and overall independence to help them lead fulfilling lives.
Through a mix of personalized support plans and active community collaboration, we work towards improving each individual's employability, social skills, and personal choices. Our dedicated team is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of those we serve.
